Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between each eligible user and the operator of dpt24. They apply to the dpt24 website, account services, sports markets, casino games, promotional offers, payment functions and related features made available through the platform.

Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their dpt24 login credentials and for preventing unauthorised access to registered devices. Passwords should be unique and must not be disclosed to family members, friends, agents or third parties.

Suspected account compromise must be reported promptly through the support options displayed by dpt24. The operator may temporarily restrict transactions while unusual login activity, changed payment details or disputed wagers are investigated.

A user must log out when using a shared device and must not allow another person to access dpt24 through the user’s account. Subject to investigation and applicable law, activity completed using valid credentials may be treated as authorised account activity.

dpt24 does not provide banking or investment services. Funds deposited into an account do not earn interest and may not be used merely to transfer value between payment channels.

Withdrawals, Verification and Processing

A withdrawal may be requested only from an eligible balance. Before releasing funds, dpt24 may require completed KYC, confirmation that bonus wagering has been satisfied, review of payment ownership and verification that the account is in good standing.

Where reasonably possible, withdrawals may be returned through the same channel used for deposit. Alternative payout arrangements may require additional checks. Recipient names and bank or e-wallet details must match the verified dpt24 account holder.

Published processing ranges are estimates rather than guarantees. E-wallet requests may be processed more quickly than Malaysian bank transfers, while weekends, public holidays, provider maintenance and enhanced reviews may cause delays.

Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

Where an account is closed, legitimate withdrawable funds will ordinarily be returned after deductions or adjustments permitted by these terms. Fraudulent proceeds, erroneous credits and funds subject to a lawful restriction may be withheld or handled as required by the applicable process.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

dpt24 aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may be affected by maintenance, internet failure, mobile network conditions, payment-provider outages, event data delays or circumstances outside reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dpt24 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable services, user device problems, inaccurate information supplied by the user or failure to protect login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Users retain any mandatory rights applicable to them, and each limitation must be interpreted only to the extent enforceable in the relevant jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property and Privacy

The dpt24 name, visual design, original written content, interface elements and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Users may view the website for personal use but must not copy, republish, sell, scrape or commercially exploit protected material without permission.

Changes, Governing Principles and Contact

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Failure by dpt24 to enforce a term immediately does not permanently waive the right to enforce that term later.
